Question: How do I know your chair covers, sashes and table linens are good quality?

You may schedule a meeting with us at our showroom to see the quality. Our chair and table covers are made out of high quality wrinkle free material and are Made in the USA. We professionally launder and press our chair covers & linens after each use for quality assurance.

Question: How far in advance do I need to reserve for my event?

We recommend that you reserve for your date at least 2 or 3 months prior to your event. While we have an extensive quantity of products, some of them do rent out for specific dates. Therefore, to ensure the color(s) you want are avaliable, we recommend reserving as soon as possible.

Question: Can I change the quantity of chair covers, sashes & table linens that I ordered?

Final count is due twenty-one (21) days prior to your event date. You may change your count up or down from your original order by no more than 15%. Reductions after twenty-one (21) days will not be permitted.

Increases of item quantities less than twenty-one (21) days prior to event date are subject to avaliability.

Question: What if you don't have the color I want in sashes, runners and overlays?

We have a huge variety of different colors to choose from and if we don't have your color we can contact our manufacturer to see if we can do a special order for you at no extra cost.

Question: Is there anyway to have someone set them up for us? If so, how much?

Yes, we do offer full service. The costs vary depending on the time allowed to setup (smaller window time frame to set-up requires additional staff) and distance to the location we are setting up. Contact us for details.

Question: Do we need to clean the items before we return it to you?

No, you are not responsible to clean your linens prior to returning to us. You must only shake out food crumbs and debris from all items and place them in the container(s)/bag(s) provided.

Question: How will I know if the chair covers fit my venues chairs?

We can schedule an onsite meeting and we will bring some samples of our chair covers to do a test fitting at no cost to you.

Question: I want to reserve my chair covers, sashes and table linens, what's next?

Completely sign our contract agreement and place a 50% deposit. As your event gets closer you may revise you invoice based on your needs.
